New Year's Eve Makeup Tutorial

Hi there!

Me and a couple of my friends are having something you could call a little New Year’s Eve party. Therefore I’ve decided to create a new look, which is so easy, you could wear it anytime. I’ve focused on Earth colours, as I thought it would be easier to wear with any kind of outfit that you might already have planned out.

• First apply your favourite foundation and cover any spots or redness with concealer if you want to, then set everything with powder.

• Gently apply your favourite bronzer.

• Don’t forget blush.

• Fill in your brows.

• When you are finished with your skin, you then want to apply a highlighter just under your brow bone to brighten them up.

• For eyes, start off by applying cream coloured base all over the eye.

• Cover the whole crease with a darker colour and blend it out.

• Continue by dabbing a chocolate colour just into the outer corner and lightly blend the edges.

• Apply a gold eye shadow on your whole lid.

• Cover everything with gold shimmer.

• Apply the golden shadow into your inner corner to brighten it up.

• Apply a little bit of the chocolate colour under your eyes to make them look bigger.

• Finish of by applying brown pencil liner under your eyes as well, focusing on the outer corner.

• Apply liquid eyeliner.

• Curl your lashes.

• Apply your favourite mascara.

• For the lips, I’ve decided to line the edges with brown colour to darken them up slightly.

• After blending it, cover them with wine toned red pencil or lipstick.

• Finish off by applying a clear lip gloss.
