5. How to: Gingerbread Muffins | Blogmas 2015
Today I prepared something yummy for you! An easy recipe on how to make something common very unique. I thought instead of going with the regular gingerbread cookies, I would try them in a form of muffins. And it went pretty well.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
150 g honey
100 g brown sugar
70 g butter
3 tbsp milk
250 g flour
1/2 ground rose-apple
1 tsp gingerbread spice
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp conditioner dough
100 g brown sugar
70 g butter
3 tbsp milk
250 g flour
1/2 ground rose-apple
1 tsp gingerbread spice
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp conditioner dough
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
salt
2 eggs
100g chopped almonds
1 package of vanilla sugar
1 package of vanilla sugar
250 g jam
How To:
Put the honey, butter, milk and sugar into a pot and cook until the sugar gets dissolved. Let it cool down.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Mix in the honey mixture and add the eggs with almonds.
Prepare your baking tray.
Fill each of the holes with dough. (About 1/3 of the hole). Don't forget to put the jam in the middle.
Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes and let them cool, before you take them out.
The muffins were so delicious. I made sure to save the recipe so I can make them before Christmas eve as well.
