3. Pink & Brown Makeup Tutorial | Blogmas 2015

Days go by sooooo fast! It's already the third of December. Christmas is so close!

Today I prepared a makeup tutorial for you, which I had to film late at night yesterday, but I wanted to make sure to have it ready for today. Instead of going crazy right ahead, I though the first makeup tutorial (yes, there's going to be more Christmas looks) should be soft and elegant.

Therefore I filmed my favourite combination in the eyeshadow world -- pink + brown. I just think these two make a great match. The pink itself is quite sweet and vibrant, however it gets so much softer once mixed with nude shades.

After you do your usual base routine (foundation, brows, cheeks, etc.), we can get started on the eyes!

Apply some white shimmer or highlighter to brighten up your brow bone.

Apply a light pink shade on the whole lid. Don't forget to blend out.

Apply the pink under your eyes as well to help it blend a bit more.

Darken it up with light brown eye shadow on the outer corner with a fluffy blending brush for the softest effect possible.

Finish by adding a chocolate brown colour into the very outer corner.

Of course, don't forget to apply your favourite mascara. My lashes turned out a bit clumpy, I desperately need to buy a new mascara. I'm just waiting for the day to find the right one, lol. Hope never dies though, right? Ha-ha!

For the lips, I used some pink lip liner and filled them in with a nude lipstick.
(Rimmel Kate Moss in 45).
