Mascara Collection
Hi guys!
I was browsing through my makeup storage yesterday and found out I have many mascaras. I don't use most of them, so I wanted to make sure I take photos of them before I throw them all away.
I have a love/hate relationship with Avon. I absolutely love their lip and body products though. I've had this mascara for ages and I've used it maybe three times. The wand looks okay, the only problem is, you have to spend hours in front of a mirror to get just a little bit onto your lashes. Definitely never getting this one again.
Few weeks ago I had a big problem finding mascara that would work good for me. My friend gave me this one, saying it makes your lashes incredibly long. She was right. The wand is very thin and small, but it does wonders. So if you're looking for a lengthening mascara, try this one.
I don't like using the same mascara I use for my top lashes for my bottom lashes as well. Simply because I feel like my top ones need a bigger wand for volume, whilst the bottom ones need a thinner one for more control. This one has a grow lash complex in it so I guess if you want your lashes to grow, give it a try. I haven't really noticed any difference, but I'm sure if I would have used it regularly, I would be able to tell.
I've been using this one a lot since it's one of my favourites. I have very short and thin lashes, so I have to search for mascaras that give me volume and length at the same time. This one definitely does its job!
This one was a gift from my aunt on Christmas. I haven't tried it yet, but I hope for the best. Again, Astor is one of my favourite drugstore brands for their amazing mascaras, so if you're looking for some good ones, now you know where to go.
I'm using this one currently. I find that wands that are shaped like this one just give you everything; length, volume and curve at the same time.
I don't know why they thought, if they show people curved wand, they're automatically going to think it's going to give their lashes curves. Well, I guess I thought the same, haha! Let me tell you right away, all this does is stick your lashes together. If you apply it with the tip so that you don't mess everything up, it takes forever. On the other hand if you try to apply it properly, it ends up on your eyelids and sticks your lashes like crazy. I love Rimmer, but this is honestly the messiest mascara I've ever had.
I stopped using this mascara a long time ago, I kept it only for my 'Product's I've Used Up' video. The wand isn't that big, yet it still gives you volume, so if that is your style, I'd recommend this one.
The wand is very similar to the NYC one. I've been loving this mascara. It's not as good as the Seduction Code one, but it does its job and it wasn't expensive as well.

1. Miss Manga (L'oreal)
I have to admit my expectations were way too big with this one. When I saw it on TV I knew I had to try it out. The wand is thinner at the end, which gives you bigger control. What's rare is that it's very flexible. Some people find it helpful, some don't. This mascara leaves your lashes clumpy, so if you're not a fan of that, I wouldn't recommend it.
2. Super Shock MAX (Avon)
3. Lash Elastic (Nivea)
Few weeks ago I had a big problem finding mascara that would work good for me. My friend gave me this one, saying it makes your lashes incredibly long. She was right. The wand is very thin and small, but it does wonders. So if you're looking for a lengthening mascara, try this one.
4. Lash Accelerator (Rimmel)
5. Seduction Codes (Astor)
I've been using this one a lot since it's one of my favourites. I have very short and thin lashes, so I have to search for mascaras that give me volume and length at the same time. This one definitely does its job!
6. Big & Beautiful BOOM (Astor)
This one was a gift from my aunt on Christmas. I haven't tried it yet, but I hope for the best. Again, Astor is one of my favourite drugstore brands for their amazing mascaras, so if you're looking for some good ones, now you know where to go.
7. Big Bold Angel Lash (NYC)
I'm using this one currently. I find that wands that are shaped like this one just give you everything; length, volume and curve at the same time.
8. Scandal Eyes, Rockin' Curves (Rimmel)
9. Mega Volume Collagene (L'oreal)
I stopped using this mascara a long time ago, I kept it only for my 'Product's I've Used Up' video. The wand isn't that big, yet it still gives you volume, so if that is your style, I'd recommend this one.
10. Scandaleyes Retro Glam (Rimmel)
The wand is very similar to the NYC one. I've been loving this mascara. It's not as good as the Seduction Code one, but it does its job and it wasn't expensive as well.
These are all the mascaras I've been saving a good couple of months. I can't wait to get the editing program so I can start making videos as well! It honestly feels like forever, but I believe it's worth waiting for.
Bonnie. xoxo
